The Facebook Page adds value to the resort’s website by giving fans a chance to upload photos and videos of their vacation, view package options, enter contests, view graphics and videos of the resort and be directed to links to receive specific information. The Facebook page paints a picture of everything the luxurious resort has to offer, while engaging a targeted community in a user-friendly and entertaining environment. In addition to the Facebook Page, The King and Prince’s Twitter account sends out relevant information such as resort news, deals, information on resort activities and events and links to updated information on the Facebook Page. The Twitter account is an easy and effective way to send instant information to the King and Prince’s targeted community of followers, capture the attention of potential customers and build company awareness.
