Featured Service - Email Marketing

Get some inbox attention in 2011

As one of the most simple, effective, and at times overlooked marketing channels, email marketing is inexpensive, highly lucrative, and does an excellent job of solidifying brand loyalty for current customers. Email marketing is used for more than just promoting your brand - it's used for nurturing sales leads, encouraging social media interactions, revisiting past customers, sharing valuable content and much more.

According to MarketingSherpa, when integrated with emerging marketing channels such as social media, email appears to have unlimited potential especially when combined with multiple improvement tactics now available through various sources. The Net Impact incorporates database email marketing campaigns in our online marketing strategies in order to create personalized, consistent and segmented business-to-customer interactions.

Email messages should be sent at each stage of the customer relationship, from the first interaction to post-purchase to maintain contact and provide information the customer needs throughout the purchasing process. But, developing and maintaining an effective email list poses a major challenge for many companies, due to the fact that email addresses change at a rate of 30 percent or more.

Marketers must adopt an aggressive approach to expand their list and yield a significant return on investment in their marketing efforts. At The Net Impact, our database marketing email campaigns are measurable, showing you the conversion rate of your campaign and even how many of your list subscribers viewed the email, unsubscribed, or took another action. Our email list statistics allow you to create the most responsive and effective email campaign possible.

Does your company leverage email marketing to continually reach out to your customers, build new relationships and increase ROI? If you are interested in learning more about how email marketing management can help your business, please Contact us today!

E-mail Marketing Case Study: TricorBraun

Client: TricorBraun is the industry leader in rigid packaging solutions.

Challenge: TricorBraun wanted a way to interact with existing client contacts and share industry information on sustainability. TricorBraun decided to create an email marketing campaign to send to existing client contacts based on an online sustainability newsletter posted to their website every other month. While, they had the content for the newsletter, they did not have an email template or a platform to send and manage their email campaigns.

The Net Impact's Solution: The Net Impact started by designing an HTML email template to mirror the existing online newsletter design as well as provide additional links to the TricorBraun sites and social media sites. Once the template was created, The Net Impact worked with TricorBraun to create text for an initial introductory email to send to clients. The content, along with samples from past newsletters and links, was then formatted by The Net Impact and placed into the email template and sent to client contacts through a third party email platform.

Looking Forward: Since the success of the initial email, The Net Impact continues to manage TricorBraun's email newsletter campaign. In addition, The Net Impact provides reports on each newsletter sent so that the email newsletter campaign can continually be refined.
